ERRATUM
An error occurred in the AAP clinical report entitled "Head Lice," which appeared in the September 2002 issue of Pediatrics. On page 640, under the heading "Ivermectin," the second sentence in that paragraph now reads:
An oral dose of 200 g/kg, repeated in 10 days, has been shown to be effective against head lice.29
That sentence should read as follows:
An oral dose of 200 µg/kg, repeated in 10 days, has been shown to be effective against head lice.29
Please note that this change has already been made in the electronic version of Pediatrics.
